Cama

Attempting to breed the grumpiness out of a camel is no bad thing but crossing it with an animal from another continent entirely seemed like a long shot.

Thankfully both camels and llamas share the same number of genes and scientists were able to create a new species – the Cama.

Camas tend to be smaller than camels and lack the distinctive camel hump but have longer legs and ears than a llama.
